Zero monthly fees, minimums or subscriptions
Lunatap takes a really tiny fee of 0.7% on every charge. That’s only 70 cents on every $100 charge. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, no minimums and absolutely nothing else on top!
Use Stripe Terminal, Type or Scan
Use Stripe Terminal and the BBPOS Chipper 2X BT card reader, manually type in a card number, or scan a card using your smartphone’s built in camera. It’s completely private and 100% secure, we promise.
Multi Currency
Lunatap supports every currency that Stripe supports which is more than 135 currencies from around the world. Charge customers in their native currency, get paid in yours.

We’re back with a new release. It has taken a while, but this one’s a big one!
We’ve added support for Stripe Terminal, https://stripe.com/terminal. This means that you can buy and use a BBPOS Chipper 2X BT card reader to process cards with Lunatap! (US only at the moment)
We’ve added support for the PSD2 changes coming to Europe or more specifically, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). This means that European cards that require a customer to provide additional authentication via their card issuer’s app, receiving a one-time password over text or by entering a previously set password, can all be beautifully handled! We’ll automatically show you the right interface allowing you to ask your customer to authenticate on their device or enter a password on yours!

It’s been a year since we launched Lunatap (wow time’s really flown), woohoo! To celebrate, we’re discounting fees for the next three months starting from the 1st June of 2019!
a. If you’re a launch customer (i.e. you signed up to Lunatap before 1st January 2019), you’ll get a 50% discount!
b. For everyone else, you’ll get a 25% discount!
Email us at help@lunatap.com between the 1st and 15th of September 2019 and we’ll automatically credit your Stripe account. Make it a summer of wild charging!
Please also note that we’re discontinuing our launch pricing of 0.1% - which we’ve held in place for anyone who signed up before the 1st of January 2019 and flattening pricing to our now standard 0.7%, to make life a bit easier.
We’ve also introduced a new “Refund Pending” status to match Stripe’s recent update on how they handle refunds when your Stripe balance isn’t enough complete a refund (i.e. it’s marked “Pending” on your Stripe Dashboard!)
