• When emailing ChamSys Support the app will attempt to download a zip file from the MagicQ console containing the show file, the session log and the log files from the last seven days. (Requires MagicQ 1.9.4.0)
• Some devices do not respond to the broadcast discovery requests sent by the app. To improve MagicQ discovery a Scan button has been added to the Connection View which directly messages the other devices on the same network as the app.
• In the Connection View devices not running a MagicQ version older than the latest Stable will be highlighted in red.
• If a Console's IP address changes and it is already listed in the app's Connection View then the app will recognise it as the same console. If the app is connected to this console then it will remain connected.

• Access to the app can now be specified on a per user basis. The MagicQ username and password for a user can be set in the Settings window. If no user is set on MagicQ then access is open. In MagicQ user settings a per user setting can also be set to enabled/disable access to the app or limit access to the Execute Window only (Install Mode). (Requires MagicQ v1.9.3.0)

Execute Window Images appearance mode has been merged with a new Coloured appearance mode which displays the same view as the Coloured appearance on MagicQ. The mode can be toggled between Boxes and Coloured via the Execute Appearance setting in the Settings view. (Requires MagicQ v1.9.1.0). #0017829

A button for manually setting the IP address of the MagicQ to control has been added to the Connection View.
The Connection View will now directly request a response from the last 5 recently entered manual IP addresses as well as broadcasting a request for responses.
The Position Window will now show all Group and Position palette items when Record is selected, allowing empty palette items to be selected. The palettes will also now show items which have not had a label set.

Execute Window Images appearance mode has been merged with a new Coloured appearance mode which displays the same view as the Coloured appearance on MagicQ. The mode can be toggled between Boxes and Coloured via the Execute Appearance setting in the Settings view. (Requires MagicQ v1.9.1.0). #0017829

New Features:
• The separate Fine and Shift buttons have been restored. The operation of Shift has also changed. Enabling Shift on the remote will now operate on the next button pressed only and Shift will be disabled afterwards. The app will now not change the state of Shift on MagicQ.
• A connection health indicator has been added to the Connection button on the main menu. If there is an issue with the connection to MagicQ then this will progressively turn from green to red.
Bug Fixes:
• Position Window thumbwheels caused the value to jump at the start of a movement. This is now fixed.

• Force Tablet Mode has been replaced by Large Screen Mode and now allows the mode to be toggled on both small and large screen devices.
• A 'Display Views on MagicQ' settings has been added. When enabled, Win views displayed will also be displayed in MagicQ.
Bug Fixes:
The Enc and Picker buttons on the Focus Window on the tablet were not being enabled for colour attributes for some lights (eg Arri SkyPanel). This is now fixed. #0026823
When using the Force Tablet Mode on a small screen device the wrong Focus Window encoders will be displayed when the group is changed on MagicQ. This is now fixed. #0026823

• A switch has been added to the Settings Window to force the app into Tablet Mode and display the more detailed combined Key & Focus Window. This switch is useful if the device is reporting a screen size smaller than its actual size.
