คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่จะพัฒนา ระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลของนักศึกษาแพทย์ให้เป็น มาตรฐานสากลตามWorld Federation for Medical Education (WFME)ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการพัฒนา ผู้เรียน จึงเป็นที่มาของการใช้ระบบดังกล่าว
