مفكرة هي طريقـة مبتكرة للتـواصل معدة خصيصـاً للمؤسسـات التعليميـة. مع انتشار الهواتـف الذكيـة والانتـرنت اصبـح بامكـان المعلميـن ومسـؤولـي المـراكز ارسـال الرسائـل، التنبيهـات و البلاغـات من خـلال هواتفهـم أو من موقـع مفكـرة الألكتـرونــي لهـواتـف الطـلاب أو اوليـاء الأمـور بشكـل فــوري، كمـا يستطيـع اوليـاء الأمـور ارسـال اي ملاحظـة لهاتـف المسـؤول أو المعلـم عنـد الحاجـة.
