About Readus
Readus provides unlimited access to all free public domain audio books/books from LibriVox and Project Gutenberg.
Project Gutenberg offers over 58,000 free eBooks. Choose among free epub and Kindle eBooks, download them or read them online. You will find the world's great literature here, with focus on older works for which U.S. copyright has expired. Thousands of volunteers digitized and diligently proofread the eBooks, for enjoyment and education.
LibriVox volunteers record chapters of books in the public domain, and then we release the audio files back onto the net for free. All our audio is in the public domain, so you may use it for whatever purpose you wish.
By Readus app, you can
- read daily quote extracted from books, and find out it's origin book
- subscribe any keywords for books and quotes list by full text search in books content
- play books collection from related books of any keywords
- play a genes playlist by random to to find out
- subscribe any author, language kind, reader, coordinator
- search similar books by total times of reading
- playback a full book
- playback any chapter
- share your favorite quotes as a quote card image.
- read book in pure text or epub mode
