Away Status Update: Now set your Away Status directly from the Mobile App. When you're away, conversations won't be assigned by round-robin assignment.
Conversation Management: Sort and filter conversations for effective triaging.
Edit Scheduled Messages: Easily edit scheduled messages to update text and timing.
We've also fixed some pesky bugs to improve app productivity.
