Tahajjud Salat: The Spiritual Ladder is a complete guide to reciting the highly recommended night prayer, along with beautiful and poignant Du’as that can be recited to enhance the spiritual experience. It includes the merits, preparations and methodology of saying prayer along with an FAQ on it. The app is a valuable tool in increasing the benefit of the night prayer. It can guide the believer towards higher levels of spirituality and perfection and enable him/her to receive the good of the world and the Hereafter.

Tahajjud Salat: The Spiritual Ladder app contains the Arabic text of all recitations in the night prayer with line-by-line translation in English, which can be turned off easily for those wishing to only recite from the text. Glorifications and supplications from the Holy Prophet and his Ahlul Bayt are often inter-twined with Quranic passages. The translations of Quranic passages are clearly indicated in italics with references. The Qunut of Witr prayer has 17 beautiful recitations that heightens spirituality. Throughout the methodology of the prayer, the user is given an option to go to Longer Supplications if time permits. The 11 long supplications allows the servant to soar unto the Lord bring tears and humility.

The app contains a counter, and place to also store the names of believers.

Tahajjud Salat: The Spiritual Ladder is a revised and expanded version of our earlier app Tahajjud Salat first published on iOS platform in 2011. The new version is based on a 235-page booklet with the same title, with an exception that 89 footnotes containing references and brief notes on rituals have been omitted, making the app user-friendly.

The app is also updated to work on IOS 11
