Welcome to ufirst Point Manager, the web app to manage all your ufirst products!
Through ufirst Point Manager, you can configure and manage:
- virtual queues in your facility
- in-person or virtual appointment bookings
- your counters
- in-person or remote services offered
- signed documents during virtual meetings and all customer experience steps.
Through the ufirst Point Manager app, you can also download and explore the generated data and integrate team calendars.

- The appointments management module has been added to the side menu. Now it is possible to configure both services and resources for which users of the QFirst app will be able to book reservations. It is possible to visualize all the appointments available for the logged ufirst business point, and it is possible to make reservation right from the app. Two tipes of reservations are supported: "Book a service" lets the user book a reservation in the same way the QFirst clients do, and "Create event" lets the user generate a custom reservation untied from the existing services
- It is possible to export the calendar of the resource from the resource configuration page of the appointments management module. The calendar can be exported to whichever calendar app that supports the ics format.
