About Waldmann HELP DESK

Schnelle und direkte Hilfe durch einen Waldmann Servicetechniker.

Die HELP DESK App unterstützt im Supportfall. Sie sorgt für eine schnelle und einfache Unterstützung, insbesondere in Fällen, die über den Telefonsupport nicht gelöst werden können. HELP DESK nutzt die eingebaute Kamera und baut eine direkte Sprachverbindung zum Waldmann Service auf. Durch das Live-Bild kann aus der Distanz gezielte Hilfe zu konkreten Fragestellungen geleistet werden.

Verschlüsselte Datenübertragung.

HELP DESK überträgt die Bild- und Sprachdaten gesichert mittels einer verschlüsselten Verbindung. Hierdurch kann der Support auch für Medizingeräte sichergestellt werden.
