クリア（CLEAR）ボタンを押すとカウントがリセットされます。
カウントがゼロになるとアラームが鳴ります。
問題集を自分の設定した時間内でテンポ良く解いていくための練習用のタイマーです。
試験と同じで制限時間内で解けなければ後回しにして、とりあえず決まった時間で一通りの問題をこなすような使い方を想定しています。

ボタンの内容
・CLEAR：カウンタのリセット
　タイマーは止まりません。
　時間切れになって停止した場合は、再開します。
・START：タイマーの開始、停止をします。
・音符：時間切れ時の音の選択（×は無し）
・3つのプリセット値
　3つのカウント値（秒数）を設定し、切り替えられます。
