Hi Landlords!” We have a small yet big update for Property Condition Report users (look in the leases tab). Now you’ll easily see the photos taken in the digital summary screen. And don’t worry, you can still view and download the PDF too. Next up will be the addition of replacement costs into the flow. Baby steps, Rome wasn’t built in a day either.

Hi landlords! Like Mr Rogers always said, “Won’t you give us your thoughts on the Property Condition Report?” We’re pretty sure he mentioned it at least once… either way you’ll notice the option to fill out a brief survey from the Report dashbaord if you feel so inclined. But enough about us, this is about you! We made some improvements to Applications (from fixing the withdraw/approval dates to match desktop to a few bugs around declined applications) to greasing the skids for a Room 4 Rent experience.
