About 安全标准化-石油工程建设

为了更好地贯彻落实“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的安全生产方针，进一步提高中石化石油工程建设有限公司施工现场安全生产和文明施工水平，在总结近几年创建标准化现场经验的基础上，遵循国家和地方现行的有关法律法规、安全技术标准、规范要求，结合当前工程施工的实际情况，公司组织开发了了石油工程建设施工安全标准化应用APP。

APP包含三部分内容，《石油工程建设施工安全标准化图集》、安全培训视频、现场施工三维场景。在使用本《图集》时，如果出现其内容有与国家有关法律法规标准和集团公司相关规定以及业主、总承包单位要求不适应或相抵触的，按照国家法律法规标准和集团公司相关规定以及业主、总承包单位要求执行。
