In this new version
Make a custom template default, so there is no need to press the + button each time when completing a checklist.
Added the job number to the email subject title for easy search in emails.
New field for customer number.
Sending PDF has been compressed by 50% in file size.
We have now also added some analytic software to help catch any crashes the app may experience.

We have added the Task Manager you have all been asking for.
You can now share created templates when using the paid version of the app.
Simply share the task and send it to a college via email.
They can then open the email and drop it straight into B4 U Start.
The task can then be dropped into the checklist, turning on specific, or custom questions.
The template is stored on the device in the settings, and can be adjusted if needed.

Ability to make additional notes which will appear on the PDF Document.
GPS Locater:
This feature uses “Google Maps” to locate your position. Once the GPS on your device has pin pointed your position a map will appear on your screen. An image of this map will then appear in your PDF document.
Photo:
This feature allows the user to take a total of 2 photos using the camera on your device. Once you are happy with your picture and you select “use” you also have the ability to utilise the “highlight function”. Touching on a point of interest in the photo will create a coloured circle. This shape can then be resized using a pinch and also be repositioned to suit. There is no limit to the amount of highlights you can add to any one image.
Question Shuffle:
This feature adds a new toggle to the settings page which allows you to turn the questions shuffle on & off. When this feature is set to on it activates the shuffle feature to rearrange the order of the questions in the B4 U Start checklist within their assigned categories. With the aim to make the checklist as effective as possible every time it is applied to a task the shuffle feature will assist in lowering complacency during the task assessment.
Signature:
This feature enables a pop up screen to appear once the final question on the checklist is completed. This screen has an area where you can sign your name using either your finger or a stylus. This signature will then appear on the final PDF document for added confirmation of who has completed the checklist.
