1.New function - Lucky Gift:
1).Press Radio Receiver-Alliance—Lucky Gift icon to enter

Special sending: sends out right after buying Lucky Gift, after sending there will be relevant notice in alliance chat, press corresponding button and you can grab Lucky Gift
Heartful Lucky Gift: sends Splitted Lucky Gift, Private Lucky Gifts, Various Lucky Gift 3 types of Lucky Gifts
3).Notice:
In Special sendings, not divisible part will be refunded as Lucky Credits; If not claimed before 24:00 of the next day, then the system will retrieve it.
In Heartful Lucky Gift, if not claimed before 24:00 of the next day, then it will be refunded through mail.
Credits taken from Lucky Gifts or from mail are counted as a Gift Credits
Special sending and buying Lucky Credits both can give you corresponding alliance gift.

1.Adjust the restriction of some alliance functions:
a)lift the restriction of "Can't help allies or donate to alliance within the first 24 hours joining alliances"
b)Add "Freedom Privilege": each one has 5 Freedom Privileges, quitting an alliance or being kick out of an alliance will assume 1 Freedom Privilege. When it becomes 0, you will be limited in some alliance functions when joining another alliance.

Add Hero Souls in Hero's Altar: You can collect enough souls to synthetic heroes. Sacrificing souls can also increase Skill experience.
Adjust the hiring probability at Hero's Altar: Using Credits X3 must get Purple plasma, souls or heroes.
Add new heroes: Stormrage and Ironhide.
Optimize the alliance function:
1. Transfer the Arms Dealer and Store to the city. Click the director--Step Down, then you can replace the Leader.
2. Click the official rank iron, then you can see the detailed Description about the authority.
3. Add "edit" function in the City. Members with specific ranks have the authority to update the alliance buildings.
4. Practise: Click Alliance Spy Satellite--Practise to challenge others. Nothing for Practise. But you can share the battle videos to the alliance chatting channel.
5. Help: Click Alliance Spy Satellite--Help to help others with the acceleration and repair then get Loyalty with it. It consumes nothing. But times for helping or being helped is based on the level of Alliance Spy Satellite.
6. Supply: Click Alliance Storage--Supply to give other members resources. 50 Loyalty for supply members with Command Center less than Lv.5. In addition, Tax Rate on the supply page means the part being deducted by the system when supplying others. Update the level of Alliance Storage can decrease Tax Rate and increase times for supply and being supplied. The function is avaliable after joining alliance for 24 hours.
7. Interaction: Click Alliance Command Center--Interaction to worship members whose base level is over yours. You can get some loyalty with interaction. There are 3 interaction types while Greet with nothing, Salute with Uranium and Hail with Credits. The one being saluted and hailed can get Uranium or Credits. Times for interaction and being worshipped is based on the level of Alliance Command Center.
Note:
1.Resources and Credits getting from alliance will be sent from the mailbox, please check it soon.
2.You should click the entity to help others. Times to help or be helped per day are limited. Click City--Buildings--details iron, then you can see the specific contents. In additon, Running costs won't be charged during the test period(Nov.10, 2014 to Nov.30, 2014(GMT-5)).
Adjust the calculation method of alliance level:
1. Level of Alliance Command Center is corresponding to the original alliance level.
2. The alliance level with new version is the same as the level of alliance city. And the calculation method of the alliance city level is the same as the base level.
Optimize the logic of "Speed Up" function: Prefer using acceleration cards first to avoid misoperation.
Add Limit to the Revenge X: Vehicles and Vehicles Hero.
