About Beer Can Racing
Simple Navigation App that lets you plot your course using virtual marks or your club's Local Race Marks, specify your True Wind Direction (TWD) and calculate the True Wind Angle (TWA) for each leg of the race. Look up your Local Race marks that have been pre-entered for your Region, or you can specify their positions manually. Calculations all include your local Magnetic Variation, so you won't miss your mark!
Beer Can Racing app also includes a TWA Calculator for those times your brain can't do math in 360 degree increments (can you say "off-shore sleep-deprivation"?).
You can also enter race courses using the Bearing and Distance to the next mark, along with TWD to determine your TWA for each leg.

Beer Can Racing has a completely redesigned User Interface!
You can now display all your Local Race Marks on your Chart, and add & move marks by clicking on the screen.
There are separate windows to Add, Edit & Review your Mark & Course Details.
Add new marks at a specified Range & Bearing, or at a precise location, or even Ping your current location.
You can then monitor your course on your full screen, and see the Range & Bearing to your next mark!

Added NOAA RNC Charts! Also, you can now add a mark by long-clicking on the chart, and move existing marks by selecting, then click-dragging the mark.
And best of all, once you select a mark - the time, distance and bearing to the mark updates every second.
