- Automation frees humans from repetitive tasks. Automated tasks help customers resolve problems immediately. Automation tasks can be executed in any fulfillment system like ERP, CRM, IT systems, etc.
- Self-service answers users questions from a machine learning enabled knowledge base to provide the most relevant and contextual answers to users
- Transfers support requests to human agents with complete chat transcript for complex issues
- Help Desk agents can use the Digital Assistant to interface with their help desk systems.
Chyme Digital Assistant can connect to any help desk system like ServiceNow.
