This release includes an official MTA Subway Map you can use for navigation - even if you don't have cell reception. Just tap on the new Map button on the Home tab to bring up the subway map, then tap on your destination. The app has information on how long it takes to get from station to station along each route, so can calculate directions for you even if you're deep in a station or tunnel and don't have network access. Of course, if you do have access to data, we'll supplement your 'offline route' with 'live routes' that use real-time train locations and service alerts.
