Planning Poker

Taking the traditional planning poker, agile estimating technique to the next level by allowing you & your team to estimate your product backlog.

- Product Owner / project manager or the client ( any user ) can create a board with all the tasks in the product backlog or in the sprint.
- Creator can then share the board with the team members & ask them to vote their estimates for each tasks.
- Team members can cast their vote by pressing vote button & they can change it later if they want.
- After all the team members have voted, creator can see the summary for each and every task in the board & can have a discussion about what points the different team members have given to a task.
- Swipe left & right to see the summary for each task.
- Team members can see the number of votes for each point in real time.
- Voting points are predefined (0, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13), but in next version it will be customisable to the users.
