Prevents the app from crashing when opening STG Express Quote from CFS Cargo Detail page

1.Changed the Container screen to retrieve all container items without date tracker.
2.Search by Container # - Changed the List of AMS HBL number. This contains the date tracker at Container level.
3.Search by Master Bill # - Changed the List of AMS HBL number. This contains the date tracker at Container level.
4.Fixed app from crashing when trying to login.
5.Container Date Tracker:
a.Once we have Pier Ready date, the tracker turns orange
b.Once we have CFS Available date, then it turns green
c.If none of the above, the default color is red.
