PERQ CRM is a lead management and "up system" for furniture stores that replaces paper or out-dated computer based systems with a flexible cloud based system that can be used on most any modern web browser. With PERQ CRM, your salespeople can maximize the value of every lead that walks through the door. The companion iOS app gives salespeople an instant view of the up-list and push notifications so they know when to be at the front of the store to take customers. The CRM features enable your salespeople to capture contact information from customers for follow-up calls, emails, and mailings. The task system lets salespeople schedule follow-ups for contacts and work/manage them from a single screen.

Contact notification banners have been moved to their own screen. Instead of multiple banners appearing at the top of a contact records, a single "Notifications" banner will be displayed with a count of the number of notifications.
