* Offline Penny Perfect Pricing- With offline order management, sales reps can now take orders fully offline and the system seamlessly calculates the penny- perfect price based on available promotions, flexible rules, and pricing conditions. Penny- perfect pricing will ensure the price is consistent regardless of device, location, or internet connectivity.
* Conditional Surveys- Sales managers can now create a streamlined process for conducting audits and collecting store-level data and insights. Custom surveys allow dynamic questions, activity related picture taking & conditional audits and compliance checks.
* Asset Management- Asset management now allows the ability to check the presence of manufacturer equipment (eg. freezers) with the simple scan of a barcode
* Payment Collection- As part of the order management process, reps can now collect payment from their retailers directly from their offline app
* Inventory & Quotas- The system now allows reps the ability to track inventory and quotas from the user against the orders
* Live Reporting- Sales reps are now armed with the data to have more productive discussions with the store managers with in-flight reporting. Embedded reports provide live, offline reporting of transactional store-level data so issues can be addressed immediately
* Substitution Management- Allows supervisors to manage both planned and unplanned absence of sales reps by re-assigning routes or selected customers for a specific duration of time.
* Gamification- Increase user adoption by leveraging gamification during in-store activities
* Team Supervision- Allows supervisors to manage their team with monitoring of team activities as well as coaching to improve quality of the visits
* Customer Segmentation- Enables sales managers to cluster customers into target groups based on flexible rules such as class of trade, store size, number of checkouts, etc. to allow their teams to focus on the biggest opportunity retailers
