Full orderbook now visible when you tap on the details button.
Binance and HitBTC have live orderbooks available. Note that live orderbooks are fairly processor intensive and it may lag on older devices.

Added YoBit exchange.
Fixed Binance exchange. Wasn't showing up in the arbs list.
Note that with the additional of more exchanges, the app slows down on older devices. Disable exchanges/currencies that you do not use in the exchanges screen.
Force refresh for currencies - First time running this version will take a couple of seconds to refresh currencies from all exchanges.
Added loading indicator.
