About ESH CARE
The ESH CARE app is a joint effort of the European Society of Hypertension and the SIIA Società Italiana per la Ipertensione Arteriosa.
The ESH CARE app uses Apple Health to display your daily steps and empowers you to better manage your health.
Using ESH CARE with the Apple Health app on iPhone empowers you to better manage your health. You will see a consolidated view of all your health data, including data from ESH CARE, so you can track your progress in one convenient place.
It is an initial framework for a range of Health Awareness applications sponsored by the SIIA, European Society of Hypertension and YouCo in order to raise the awareness on the silent killer hypertension. The purpose of this app is to easily record and track your blood pressure and share with medical staff who help you better monitor your condition, as well as encourage a healthy lifestyle by helping you keep track of the number of daily steps.
In addition, the app has a convenient medicine reminder alarm timer so you always know when and which drug to take and an information portal with tips and advice on how to keep hypertension under control with diet, exercise and others useful information specially designed by SIIA and Europa Hypertension Society. To conclude, the app allows you to receive messages from your doctor.

Bug fixing e miglioramento della sezione "i miei farmaci" con l'introduzione degli allarmi su impostazione orario di assunzione farmaco.
L'applicazione utilizza di base la lingua inglese per ogni linguaggio impostato sul device tranne per l'italiano che esiste la traduzione.
Se esiste una versione già installata è necessario la disinstallazione della precedente versione.
ATTENZIONE: La rimozione dell’applicazione per il successivo aggiornamento comporta la perdita dei dati precedentemente inseriti. Per recuperarli, prendere nota del proprio user name e, dopo aver installato la nuova applicazione, inviare una mail a: support.eshcare@youco.eu. Grazie per la collaborazione.
