Harry’s Heavy Duty - Camper Edition ist das professionelle Tool für alle Fahrer von SUVs, solchen die Anhänger bewegen sowie Campern mit Wohnmobilen und Caravans. Die App richtet sich an technisch orientierte Nutzer - solche die wissen wollen was mit dem Fahrzeug passiert.
Sie kommt mit einer Vielzahl an Werkzeugen und zeigt alle Arten von Information rund um das Fahrzeug elegant und intuitiv an.
Die Anzahl der Features ist extrem gross, anbei eine Reihe von Highlights:
‣ Die App zeichnet Daten von einer Vielzahl von verfügbaren Sensoren auf
‣ Alle Infromationen werden intelligent in Echtzeit angezeigt - nicht nur Rohdaten, sondern auch Auswertungen
‣ Die Basisfunktionen sind mit durch das iPhone mit GPS und Beschleunigungsensor gegeben
‣ Um mehr Informationen zu erhalten, kann man exterene OBD und GPS Adapter, sowie Umgebungssensoren anschliessen
‣ Eine Wetterstation mit externen, sowie lokalen Daten (Umgebungs Sensoren wie der TI SensorTag) ist enthalten
‣ Fahrzeug und Anhänger werden umfangreich dokumentiert, das ermöglicht u.a. die Bewertung des Zustands des Gespanns

Die App unterstützt eine grosse Anzahl externer Motor (OBD) und GPS Sensoren genauso wie den sehr günstigen TI SensorTag zur Aufzeichnung von Umgebungsdaten. Details zu kompatiblen Sensoten sind auf http://www.gps-laptimer.de/Compatibility.html verfügbar. Alle gemessenen Daten werden in auf den Anwendungsbereich zugeschnitteten Ansichten gezeigt. Die App kennt Grenzwerte und gibt Warnungen aus wenn sie überschritten werden.
Der Waageassistent macht es extrem einfach Caravan oder Wohnmobil waagerecht auszurichten. Die Lage wird dabei entweder mit den iPhone oder dem TI SensorTag gemessen. Höhen die per Rampe oder Stützrad zu ändern sind werden in Zentimetern angegeben und per Apple Watch oder iPhone angezeigt. Auch Sprachausgabe ist verfügbar.
Tourenberichte werden automatisch erstellt - auch wenn die App im Hintergrund läuft. Anders als die meisten Tracker werden die Daten dabei strikt privat gehalten und nur lokal gespeichert. Aufgezeichnete Reisen enthalten nicht nur die gefahrene Route, sondern auch Stationen, Übernachtungem und Etmale.
