MAXWORK consists of two key features.

1. Remote - 1:N Remote Support
If you are unable to deal with unexpected situations due to lack of information or experience or if you need to collaborate and share information with a number of people in real time, MAXWORK Remote is the answer to quickly and efficiently solve your problem without the visit.

• 1:N cross-platform service
It is a cross-platform service that covers various devices and platforms, allowing 1:N remote support between users in various environments.

• AR drawings, AR stickers and file sharing
With AR technology, you can draw lines and add stickers on the screen to give a help more intuitively and practically. In addition, various ways of remote support are possible by sharing files such as text and images through a chat panel.

• Changing the screen sharer during a call
Any participant can share her/his view with others and change the user who shares it even during the call, so that your remote support can be more efficient and multifaceted.

• Remote support based on Workspace
Through the Workspace set by the administrators, remote support can be made in team units, company units, and project units.

• Recording the video call(optional)
Anyone participating in the remote support can record video of the call. It is easy to track issues that may occur during work, and the recorded videos can be used for training later.

Point the camera at the QR code or target image to overlay relevant AR manuals on top of the equipment without the hassle of carrying manuals around or searching information. Accurate and intuitive AR manuals in MAXWORK Direct enable users to quickly get their job done without errors.

Relevant manuals are overlaid on top of the actual equipment. Operators can quickly and accurately get the job done with the help of visual AR information in the form of texts or images.

Step-by-step manuals help users effectively do their jobs in the right order without omissions or errors.

• Real-time work guides in sync with Create
Get your job done correctly using the latest manual modified and updated in real time in Create instead of paper manuals which are rarely updated.
