If you’re a foreman that runs a crew you need to have them up to date with what is going on in the project. They will have access to the latest drawings and plans or even client requests. With the memo’s feature you can assign your crew the required work and they can mark ‘complete’ when they have completed the task(s). No losing lists or plans because they have access to them right on their mobile device.

Project managers, you can stay more on top of projects because you will be able to communicate more effectively with everyone.
