Meet Solo in a new interface! It is all about smooth and convenient work:
- On tablets, the main screen area with folder tiles got bigger, and the tiles got smaller. This way you can see more folders.
- On smartphones, the quick create button has been moved to the lower panel – now it’s always at hand.
- We also changed color and style of icons, as well as the task importance mark.
Other features of the new version:
- Now the app by default downloads documents only when you open them. This way the amount of data downloaded to your device is reduced. The new setting automatically applies if you install Solo for the first time. If you already use the app, you can set it manually.
- On devices with iOS 16 or higher, you can use USB tokens to sign documents with an electronic signature. The tokens are connected to the device via an adapter or connector.

- You can share an article or a link to it with your employees directly from the browser or another app. For example, in Directum Solo, you can send the article as a task, assignment, or action item.
- In companies with complex business processes, tasks may have long threads. Now we made the thread easier to understand. By default, blocks with a large amount of text are collapsed, except for the active task blocks. In the thread, you can also view the job title of the employee who sent you the task. In Directum RX, task and assignment subjects have become shorter and now contain only the most essential part, e.g., Approve document, Print document, etc.
For Directum RX:
- Now you can view frequently used records while filling in the fields with an employee or group names.
- When you create an action item, the system takes into account personal settings of action items supervision specified in the Web Client. For example, if you put the action item under control, the system automatically specifies a supervisor.
