Welcome to the 4.4 version of the CRM app. We have improved the app and added new functionality:
• The calendar has a new design and you can now select between the Agenda, Week and Month view.
• More filter options are added in several lists, like the document list or the request list. Try it out!
• Last but not least, you can give us direct feedback about what you like or miss in the app. Just go to the settings and tap on Feedback.
• Of course we also made some small improvements to help you enjoy the app even more.

- A post for the Timeline created in the App could not be edited in Exact Synergy Enterprise.
- When you send an email to a contact, there were 2 slashes in front of the address.
- The project search list showed the same result repeatedly in the same list.
- For a specific version of Exact Synergy Enterprise it was not possible to create a new account in the App
- The 'like' functionality of the social posts when you were logged in via NTLM did not work correctly.
- A post for the Timeline created in the App could not be edited in Exact Synergy Enterprise.

We have added some great new functionality!
The App also supports Synergy environments that use Federated Identity and have “Multi Factor Authentication” enabled. To make the login process easier you will have to use the QR login scanner in the App. The QR code that need to be scanned can be found in your personal preferences in Exact Synergy Enterprise.
You can reset the App to “First use” by using the “Log off” feature in the settings.
We have also made some small improvements to the app and have a brand-new App icon!

Welcome to this new version. We have added a lot of great new features.
Good news for everybody who thinks there are too many entries in the menu. You can now customize the menu so it will only show the entries that you want. Just go to the settings in the App and select the 'Edit menu' option.
We have also added a whole new Menu entry. Projects! You can now see a list of projects that you are a member of and open the project card for more detailed information!
PLEASE NOTE! In order to use this functionality, the Project web services NEED TO BE ENABLED for mobile use. You can check this in Synergy via System, Setup, Web services, Settings. It is also important to know that the project functionality only works in combination with Exact Synergy Enterprise PU 262 SP10 or higher.

With this version, we have added some nice functionality to the app! First of all, you can now add multiple photo's (or other attachments) to a post. The app also supports showing multiple synergy links in a post. It is now also possible to view a video that is linked to a post within the app! On top of this, we made lots of small improvements to the timeline and social posts.
Furthermore, we also made it possible to save a file from your device (for example in an email) to Synergy via a request or a post on the timeline.
The notifications system in the App is improved with this version. If the app is open, you will get the notification on top of the screen to inform you and you can see the list of notifications via the 'bell' icon in the menu (next to the settings icon).
We noticed that in Synergy environments using WAAD, documents and attachments were not opened correctly. We made an adjustment to solve that.
Furthermore, we also made it possible to save a file from your device (for example in an email) to Synergy via a request or a post on the timeline.

This new Synergy feature is available from version 259.
We are very excited about Social Collaboration and want you to experience it as soon as possible.
