About Field Service H
Provide your service engineers mobile access to all relevant information they need combined in an intuitive app that works with and without an internet connection. The Exact Field Service H app makes it possible for Service engineers to fully manage their service activities.
This app is part of the Exact Service Management solution.
With the Exact Field Service H app, service engineers have all work order information, customer service history, documents, service parts info, manuals etc. available in the field.

With this new version we improved the Field Service H app again.
* The app would sometimes close when adding a material line in Local mode. This has been solved.
* The app would sometimes close when browsing for an hour item. This has been solved.
* The time was not always shown in the device preview during the signing process. This has been solved.

Based on your feedback, we improved the Field Service H app with this new version:
* Searching in the serial number browser will now show the complete list of serial numbers.
* When uploading changes to Synergy (when working in Local mode), the status of the service activity is checked to prevent incorrect adjustments.
* In some situations, it was not possible to select photo's when adding a photo to a request. This has been solved.
* A message about a missing table was shown sometimes. This has been solved.
* And as usual we made some minor changes to improve the app.

* You will be happy to hear that we improved the upload of attachments enormously, in combination with PU267 SP4.
* We added a new date picker to also include the day of the week.
* It is now possible to copy text entered in the remarks.
* An issue is solved when searching for serial or batch numbers where not all numbers were shown.
* If you add another material line, the warehouse from material line that was added previously is used.
* And as usual we made some minor changes to improve the app.

With this new version of the Field Service H app, we improved the app again!
* We made a very big improvement in the performance when refreshing the service list in Local mode and when downloading master data (in combination with Exact Synergy Enterprise 267). We are sure you will like this!
* You can now view Requests and Documents that are linked to an account (available via the Service order).
* When a service order is opened that has an account linked that has the status 'blocked', a message is now shown to inform you about this.
* We added Requests to the menu. You can enable this in the settings in the app.
* We made it possible for an administrator to set a default menu in Exact Synergy Enterprise (as of PU268) to give more flexibility to a company.
* We solved an issue in the browser of serial- or batch numbers.

It is now easier to find the address in the service list when working on a phone.
An issue has also been solved where the app would sometimes close after signing a service order.
