為擴大亞洲集郵聯合會(FIAP)會員國集郵家之交流與友好關係,
並促進各會員國集郵活動,特由中華郵政股份有限公司、
中華集郵團體聯合會、中華民國對外貿易發展協會共同主辦本項郵展。

2015年適逢中華郵政創立第120年,不僅深具意義,更標記一個新的里程碑。
本次郵展以“ Joy of Philately 悠遊方寸盡覽世界”為主題,以創新手法在這歷史性的時刻呈現本次郵展紀念郵票。
