About WorkIt - Better Work Together
Are you a Walmart associate who wants help navigating store policy? A shoulder to lean on? Someone to vent to?
WorkIt is a FREE community space for Walmart workers (NOT run by Walmart) where you can:
- Share experiences and hear from other Walmart workers,
- Get expert advice on Walmart policy,
- Build relationships with Walmart workers around the country,
- Share ideas on how to make work in our stores better,
- And get support from experienced moderators (who are former Walmart associates) on how to build a better workplace.
We all deserve to have our voice heard. The WorkIt community works with you to build a better, safer, stronger, happier workplace; a place of respect.

Created in collaboration with United for Respect, WorkIt is run by current and former Walmart associates who know how hard working at Walmart can be and who believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect at work. This app is NOT affiliated with the Walmart company.
