Fitness Tracker is an app that allows you to manage workouts and keep track of calories. Within the app you have a section called "fridge" where you can add all the food you have in your fridge into the app with its nutrition facts. You can then tell the app what foods you ate in the day plus the amount calories you burned and it will calculate your fat intake for the day.
