تطبيق بسماية يوفر لساكني المجمع السكني تسهيل الكثير من الامور مثل:
1. غسل وكوي الملابس حيث يتمكن الساكن من ارسال ملابسه من اجل الغسل او الكوي وسوف يستلم الطلب صاحب المكوى داخل المجمع السكني ويقوم باكمال الطلب وارجاعه الى الساكن في الوقت الذي قام بتحديده.
2. يتمكن ساكن المجمع من شراء اللحوم حيث يستطيع اختيار نوع اللحم المطلوب وتحديد وزنه وسوف يستلم طلبه من القصاب في الوقت الذي حدده.
