NOTIFICATIONS DE LANCEMENT D'APPEL
Les notifications de lancement d'appel vous sont envoyées lorsque le premier participant a rejoint votre réunion. Vous évitez ainsi les temps d'attente et retards.
ACCÈS À VOTRE RÉUNION
Lorsque vous cliquez sur l'option vous permettant d'accéder à votre réunion, LoopUp vous appelle sur le téléphone de votre choix. Vous ne devez donc pas composer de numéros ni entrer de codes d'accès.
CONTRÔLE DE VOTRE RÉUNION
Vous pouvez contrôler votre réunion, que vous soyez en déplacement ou dans la salle de réunion. Vous savez à tout moment qui a rejoint la réunion et qui prend la parole. Il vous est également possible de désactiver les bruits de fond, d'ajouter des participants, de les mettre en attente ou de les exclure.
