OmniOutliner 3.9 introduces Omni Automation actions for Shortcuts, restores support for user fonts, and more. This update requires iOS 14 or later.
• Omni Automation: Added support for triggering Omni Automation scripts and plug-ins from Shortcuts, using the new Omni Automation Script and Omni Automation Plug-In actions.
• User Fonts: Restored support for custom fonts installed by the user.
• Multitasking: Worked around iPadOS 15 bug preventing the on-screen keyboard from appearing for all open documents.
• Subscription Renewal: Fixed some issues which could cause the app to lose track of an active subscription, requiring a fresh Omni Account sign-in each time the subscription renewed. Signing in to an Omni Account should now keep you signed in until you explicitly sign out, remove the app, or change your account password.
• Export Upgrade: Fixed a crash encountered when upgrading from the export dialog.
• Templates: Fixed permission error when trying to save a template to a folder outside of the app's sandbox.
• Templates: Templates stored in linked resource folders are now available to be applied as a theme.

• Document Browser: OmniOutliner now uses Apple’s built-in file browser. You can sync your documents using iCloud Drive or a third-party sync solution, or you can continue to sync your documents via OmniPresence.
• Dark Mode: When your iOS device’s Appearance is set to Dark, OmniOutliner’s interface will now automatically switch to Dark Mode. Document styles are still based on their selected theme and remain independent from the system appearance.
• Multitasking: On iPadOS, work with two OmniOutliner outlines simultaneously in Split View, or open several files in multiple spaces.
• Thumbnail Previews: Preview images are generated and saved as part of the file when a document is edited. Existing files will not display a preview in the file browser until they are edited.
• Omni Automation: We've made a number of improvements to Omni Automation, including support for input dialogs and file output. For more details, see the Omni Automation Release Notes (which can be found in the API Reference documentation).
• OmniPresence: Downloaded files synced via OmniPresence are stored in a subfolder located in the OmniOutliner folder on your device. • Raccourcis Siri : ajout de la prise en charge des raccourcis Siri. Siri suit vos actions à mesure que vous créez des documents ou que vous ouvrez des documents existants et vous suggère ces activités en fonction des habitudes observées. Ces suggestions peuvent apparaître dans Spotlight, sur l’écran de verrouillage et dans les réglages de Siri.
• Impression et PDF : lorsque la colonne Structure est réglée sur Auto-ajuster, sa largeur est automatiquement modifiée pour s’adapter au contenu de la page. Pour conserver cette taille, vous devez régler la largeur de la colonne Structure manuellement. Toute structure trop large pour la page est automatiquement redimensionnée pour s’adapter à cette dernière.
• Impression et exportation PDF et HTML : les couleurs spécifiées dans la section TSV s’affichent correctement.
• Impression et exportation PDF et HTML : les réglages qui ne sont pas utilisés sous iOS, comme la visibilité des pièces jointes, le remplissage de rang et la couleur de petit fond, sont ignorés.
