OmniOutliner 3.9 introduces Omni Automation actions for Shortcuts, restores support for user fonts, and more. This update requires iOS 14 or later.
• Omni Automation: Added support for triggering Omni Automation scripts and plug-ins from Shortcuts, using the new Omni Automation Script and Omni Automation Plug-In actions.
• User Fonts: Restored support for custom fonts installed by the user.
• Multitasking: Worked around iPadOS 15 bug preventing the on-screen keyboard from appearing for all open documents.
• Subscription Renewal: Fixed some issues which could cause the app to lose track of an active subscription, requiring a fresh Omni Account sign-in each time the subscription renewed. Signing in to an Omni Account should now keep you signed in until you explicitly sign out, remove the app, or change your account password.
• Export Upgrade: Fixed a crash encountered when upgrading from the export dialog.
• Templates: Fixed permission error when trying to save a template to a folder outside of the app's sandbox.
• Templates: Templates stored in linked resource folders are now available to be applied as a theme.

OmniOutliner 3.8 is a compatibility update for iOS 15 and iPadOS 15.
• Keyboard Shortcuts: Prevent keyboard shortcuts from being sent to the document browser when it is not visible on iOS 15 and iPadOS 15.
• Outline View: Stop the outline view from animating when some popovers are presented or dismissed on iOS 15 and iPadOS 15.
• Inspectors: The 'Included Styles' section is immediately visible in the inspectors.

OmniOutliner 3.4 for iOS introduces support for new features in iOS 13 and iPadOS and adopts Apple's standard document browser.
• Document Browser: OmniOutliner now uses Apple’s built-in file browser. You can sync your documents using iCloud Drive or a third-party sync solution, or you can continue to sync your documents via OmniPresence.
• Dark Mode: When your iOS device’s Appearance is set to Dark, OmniOutliner’s interface will now automatically switch to Dark Mode. Document styles are still based on their selected theme and remain independent from the system appearance.
• Multitasking: On iPadOS, work with two OmniOutliner outlines simultaneously in Split View, or open several files in multiple spaces.
• Thumbnail Previews: Preview images are generated and saved as part of the file when a document is edited. Existing files will not display a preview in the file browser until they are edited.
• Omni Automation: We've made a number of improvements to Omni Automation, including support for input dialogs and file output. For more details, see the Omni Automation Release Notes (which can be found in the API Reference documentation).
• OmniPresence: Downloaded files synced via OmniPresence are stored in a subfolder located in the OmniOutliner folder on your device. By default, OmniPresence does not download larger synced files automatically. Tap the OmniPresence icon in the file browser toolbar to view and download any missing files.
• Inspector: The style preview texts now reflects the selection instead of showing example text.
• Keyboard Shortcuts: The Left and Right arrow keys will navigate to Note fields instead of the previous or next row.

• Document Browser: OmniOutliner now uses Apple’s built-in file browser. You can sync your documents using iCloud Drive or a third-party sync solution, or you can continue to sync your documents via OmniPresence.
• Dark Mode: When your iOS device’s Appearance is set to Dark, OmniOutliner’s interface will now automatically switch to Dark Mode. Document styles are still based on their selected theme and remain independent from the system appearance.
• Multitasking: On iPadOS, work with two OmniOutliner outlines simultaneously in Split View, or open several files in multiple spaces.
• Thumbnail Previews: Preview images are generated and saved as part of the file when a document is edited. Existing files will not display a preview in the file browser until they are edited.
• Omni Automation: We've made a number of improvements to Omni Automation, including support for input dialogs and file output. For more details, see the Omni Automation Release Notes (which can be found in the API Reference documentation).
• OmniPresence: Downloaded files synced via OmniPresence are stored in a subfolder located in the OmniOutliner folder on your device. By default, OmniPresence does not download larger synced files automatically. Tap the OmniPresence icon in the file browser toolbar to view and download any missing files.
• Inspector: The style preview texts now reflects the selection instead of showing example text.
• Keyboard Shortcuts: The Left and Right arrow keys will navigate to Note fields instead of the previous or next row.
