Aplikacja RockyRunner wspomaga początkujących biegaczy w trenowaniu według planu Pawła Grzonki.

Trening polega na chodzeniu i bieganiu na przemian przez określony czas podany w tabeli. Niedogodność treningu polega na tym, że biegający musi ciągle spoglądać na zegarek, żeby sprawdzić, czy minęła już ta jedna czy pięć minut fazy treningu i może przejść do następnej. Aplikacja w odpowiednim momencie wydaje dźwięk i biegacz nie musi rozpraszać się sprawdzaniem, która godzina. Może płynnie przechodzić z biegania do marszu i z marszu do biegu po usłyszeniu sygnału.

Aby trenować z aplikacja wystarczy uruchomić ją na telefonie i wybrać sobie odpowiedni dla siebie dzień z planu treningowego.
