If your Volkswagen motor insurance policy requires the use of a telematics app, you will need to download and connect the Volkswagen Insurance Telematics app to your vehicle’s Bluetooth.

Once connected, the app uses the latest telematics technology to measure various aspects of your driving style. For every journey you make we will use this data to score your speed, smoothness and usage. These scores are then combined to give you an overall Driving Style score.
