Nouveaux contrôles de confidentialité pour votre journal, synchronisation des Minutes Conscientes d'Apple Health, et support de visionOS.

Introduction de nouveaux contrôles de confidentialité :

"Verrouillez votre journal" avec la biométrie - si vous êtes inquiet que quelqu'un utilisant votre téléphone ait accès à votre journal, vous pouvez maintenant ajouter un niveau supplémentaire de sécurité en verrouillant votre journal. (Les options de sécurité dépendent du modèle de votre téléphone.)

Réglez la "Préférence de confidentialité" sur la page de connexion - Vous pouvez désormais définir la quantité de votre journal que vous souhaitez partager avec les amis avec lesquels vous vous connectez sur l'application. Montrez-leur tous les détails de votre journal, uniquement votre chemin, ou juste votre nom et image de profil.

Minutes Conscientes :
Si vous suivez les minutes conscientes avec Apple Health, vous pouvez désormais les synchroniser avec Ate et voir vos minutes quotidiennes sur la page de Récapitulatif du Jour.

Nouveaux contrôles de confidentialité pour votre journal, synchronisation des Minutes Conscientes d'Apple Health, et support de visionOS.

Introduction de nouveaux contrôles de confidentialité :

"Verrouillez votre journal" avec la biométrie - si vous êtes inquiet que quelqu'un utilisant votre téléphone ait accès à votre journal, vous pouvez maintenant ajouter un niveau supplémentaire de sécurité en verrouillant votre journal. (Les options de sécurité dépendent du modèle de votre téléphone.)

Réglez la "Préférence de confidentialité" sur la page de connexion - Vous pouvez désormais définir la quantité de votre journal que vous souhaitez partager avec les amis avec lesquels vous vous connectez sur l'application. Montrez-leur tous les détails de votre journal, uniquement votre chemin, ou juste votre nom et image de profil.

Minutes Conscientes :
Si vous suivez les minutes conscientes avec Apple Health, vous pouvez désormais les synchroniser avec Ate et voir vos minutes quotidiennes sur la page de Récapitulatif du Jour.

New Privacy controls for your journal and Mindful Minutes synching from Apple Health.

Introducing new privacy controls:
- "Lock your journal" with biometrics - if you are worried about someone using your phone having access to your journal, you can now add an extra level of security by locking your journal. (Supported security options depends on your phone model.)

- Set "Privacy preference" on the Connect page - You can now set how much of your journal you would like to share with friends you connect with on the app. Show them all your journal details, only your path, or just your name and profile image.

Mindful Minutes:
If you track mindful minutes using Apple Health, you can now sync it with Ate and see your daily minutes on the Day Recap page.

We also fixed some bugs around chat and fixed some random crashes.

You can now track your Sleep in Ate. Sync it with Apple Health or add it manually. See how meals and exercise impact your sleep and vice versa.

If you track your sleep with the Apple Watch (or other trackers), you will also see your sleep stages in detail. What is your REM or Deep sleep percentage? Can you improve on it?

Thanks to all the caffeine, we also managed to squash some bugs that were slowing down the app.
