Enhancements:

• Timeline Comments: With Timeline Comments in mobile, you can now actively participate in conversations on important updates and events, on the go! All rich-text formatting is retained, and real-time push notifications will be delivered if you are @mentioned in one of the comments, or if someone adds a comment to an activity you posted. You will always be aware of what’s going on, and can help support customers and colleagues without delay.

• Inline Tasks: You can now add and assign important tasks to your team, within the activity you’re logging to Timeline. Task owners can then immediately take action and close the loop from their Cockpit.

• IP Whitelisting: For NXT Edition customers, IP whitelisting settings from the web application are now honored in mobile. If you want to disable these settings, please connect with your admin regarding turning the “Bypass Mobile” option on for your organization.

Some users were incorrectly getting the message that their IP address is not whitelisted for access. This issue was related to expiring authorization tokens, and is fixed in this release.

Enhancements:
• Search Configuration: Company and Relationship search configuration from the web app is now applied to Timeline. For example, if you've configured search to allow finding a Company by its CSM or a custom unique identifier, the same option will extend to Timeline in mobile.
• Known Limitation: This doesn't apply to Relationship search in SFDC edition.
• New Version Alert: You should always have the latest enhancements and fixes, so we've added an in-app notification for new releases.

Single sign-on (SSO) issues when authenticating using GSuite are now fixed.

Enhancements:

• Login flow has been further simplified, especially the Salesforce custom domain and single sign-on path.
• For Gainsight instances hosted in Europe, there is an option to change the location to ‘EU’ before logging in. We are working on handling this scenario more natively.
• Timeline draft limits are now consistent between web and mobile — each user can save up to 50.

Enhancements:

• Support to send pre-meeting notifications to all internal attendees (mobile users) of a meeting, except for the ones who have declined it.
• Any changes to calendar events are honoured, 15 min before the meeting.
• We’ve added an option called Try Again. This action performs the re-sync for calendar events, in case of an error.
Note: Try Again can be used only once.
• We’ve added an option called Reauthorize. This action helps Gainsight request calendar access again for users whose account has been revoked for some external reasons.
• Introduced a Notification Banner in the Notification Center, that lets the users Allow Permissions for Push Notifications.
Note: You can view the Notification Banner only if there is at least one notification in the Notification Center
