If you have ever struggled to book an appointment with a busy business we think that you’ll like the new Waitlist feature.
If the business you’re booking with has enabled Waitlist and they have a busy schedule or they are closed, you will see a new option to add yourself to the Waitlist. Simply select the date and time or date range that you’re interested in. If an appointment becomes available, you’ll be notified by email or text with a link to complete the booking.
Your chances of getting the appointment you wanted with a busy business just got better.

If your preferred Genbook business has enabled Waitlist, you can register your interest if your preferred time isn’t available. You’ll be notified as soon as an appointment becomes available. Waitlist now allows you to register your interest across multiple days rather than a single day, providing you with a greater chance of booking an appointment at your preferred time when businesses are busy.
