About Genzõ
Genzõ is the communication app for healthcare. This mobile solution makes it possible to chat, make video calls and use smart glasses within your own organization in a secure environment. One of the unique features of Genzõ is the support of smart glasses. This allows for care professionals to receive remote support while their hands are free. At the same time, it allows experienced care professionals to give remote support from the point of view of their coworker. We call this remote expertise.Genzõ provides a lot of additional functionalities. You can take and send photos and videos for instance. During video calling with smart glasses you can zoom in, draw on the screen or point at something with a pointer.With Genzõ it is possible to share devices. The profiles of the users are all protected separately.Your own group can be created and managed within Genzõ for your organization. Genzõ differentiates between staff and clients. Within your organisation you can (video) call, chat and create unlimited chatgroups. All of it is safely encrypted. Genzõ is safe (ISO27001 and NEN7510 certified) and we do not use your data or share any user data with third parties. Genzõ is safe, easy and mobile!

Improvements:
Genzo now runs entirely on H265. On the glasses, the apps, and the web.
The icons, the round pink buttons with icons, have changed during calls. When they are off, they have a line through them and the color is different. For the phone.
The test at the pop-up when there is a network error message has been changed.
When you log in to the web, you will receive a notification; continue on the glasses.
The same applies to the notification when you log in to the glasses.
When you log in to the app, but you are logged in to the web, you will get a notification to log out from the web.
The same applies to the notification when you are logged in to the glasses and want to log in to the app.
New functionalities:
You can now delete your account.
Because of this among others:
Your account will be deleted and you can no longer use Genzo.
You will be removed from the organization
You will be removed from group chats and you will be anonymized.
You can no longer be called or chatted to you.
It is not possible to delete your account when:
You are the only admin. Someone else has to be made admin first
You are the administrator of a group chat. Someone else has to be made a group admin of the chat first.

To increase ease of use, we have given Genzõ a new look. The menu has moved, the QR code is easier to find and the contacts and chats are separated.
Also added:
- A medical calculation module
- A recording functionality for Smart Glasses
- Ability to reply, copy and forward messages in the chat
- A first version of GenzõWeb.
Furthermore; various minor bug fixes.

• Voice Control: It is now possible on Vuzix Smart Glasses to call a user by saying "Hello Genzõ" followed by "Call name".
• Select users by functions / locations in the Smart Glasses (to be turned on by admin).
• Improved drawing for observers, with still image and multiple lines.
• On iPad, many options are now also usable in landscape mode.
• Smart Glasses can be added to an existing call.

- Genzõ is even more secure because email addresses are now verified (it is possible to change the email address once)
- A new, easy sign-up process for new users
- New users can receive an invitation which allows them to join the organization directly and to get started right away
- No more security questions and passwords required for new accounts
- Adding locations and functions makes it more convenient for the admin (and will also make it easier for smartglass users in the future)
- The function to zoom in as observer has been added

In de nieuwe update hebben we ons gefocust op de verbetering van het videobellen. Groepsgesprekken vanuit de Vuzix zijn verbeterd en er is een zaklamp functie. Er zijn verbeteringen in de berichtinformatie en het versturen van foto's in de chat. Naast deze nieuwe functionaliteit hebben we ook een hoop bugfixes gedaan waaronder bij het maken van een account op een iPad en de dienstknop die weer terug is in de nieuwe look van het profiel.
