About Cycle Planner
The Cycle Planner App from the National Transport Authority is a sophisticated route planner for cycle trips in the Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick & Waterford metropolitan areas.
The app provides door-to-door route plans with options that will suit all levels of cycling capability.
Features include:
· Route options
o Easier Routes – Avoid heavy traffic
o Balanced Routes – Expect some traffic
o Direct Routes – possible heavy traffic
o Save routes for offline use
o Avoid difficult junction manoeuvres
o Avoid Hills
o Navigation / audible warnings when off route
o Take bike on Train
o Use City Bike Hire Bikes
o Calorie counter / chocolate bar index
