In order to guarantee you an increased protection for online payments, a European directive on payment services has recently come into force. This is why from now on, you may be asked to complete an additional verification step when you register your payment method or when you finalise your next Zenpark purchase. This authentification is triggered directly by your bank and is not systematic.
