Infor LN Mobile Service Description
Infor LN Mobile Service provides field service engineers quick access to relevant resources and data.
The engineer is linked to a service center and is responsible for performing service activities assigned to the designated service center. The service engineer can use this application as a virtual office remotely, to accomplish their day-to-day tasks.
Examples are: the registration of labor, materials and other costs, adding inspection information, registration of general hours and report the visit completed. Engineers are also able to register new calls, attach images and documents, lookup inventory levels and installations.
Infor LN Mobile Service is fully integrated with Infor LN and can also be used off-line.

- Use planned activity times as actual activity times.


Bug fixes:
- 'Error while handling pre-process fields' message in Data Sending Errors screen.
- Error without error message in Data Sending Errors screen.
- Sync icon kept on spinning after a connection loss.
- Unclear messages in case of no connection/connection loss. Improved messages.
- When visit report creation failed the visit was still finalized. Now it is not finalized anymore.
- Revoking token did not work correctly (Cloud).

Version 10.7.16 provides new features and bug fixes.
Install LN solution KB 2215331 to use the new features and bug fixes.
Some of the bug fixes are:
- End time for tasks hours was not shown in the task list items.

- When inserting a task, sometimes start date and finish date showed year 1-1-0001.
- On an iPad the file selection menu only appeared after rotating the device from landscape to portrait or vice versa.

Version 10.7.3 provides new features and bug fixes.
Install LN solution 2096249 to make use of all the new features.

New features:
- Ordered materials overview.
- Physical breakdown of installations and serialized items.
- Edit Finalized Visit.
- Notification about uncompleted inspections during activity completion.
- Define carrier/LSP when ordering a material.
- Installation time and location information is available in Visit General and Activity General screen.
- Improved synchronization.

Fixes for the following errors:
- It was not possible to enter or change the item and serial number of an activity.
- Country code was missing in the visit address phone number.
- Sometimes it took a very long time to refresh the Serial History - Orders.
