InnovACE has three main components the user can explore.

First, clients will complete an extensively detailed assessment based on health, fitness age, and lifestyle This will give the user nutritional guidelines, fitness/maintenance guidelines, and a free time productivity list.

Health: Clients can pick a nutritional guideline, participate in Live Cooking class and consult with a Coach weekly. Also, Set up a weekly productivity list.

Training: Clients will have access to On-Demand Workouts, Live Classes, Virtual 1:1 sessions, Book an (In-Home) Training Session. Access Online Training Programs.

Community/Content: Clients will have access to endless amounts of content, blogs, podcasts and MicroLearning - daily quizzes to enhance the client's knowledge. Also, clients will have a live chat with other members of the brand. Show More
