About Integral-Meditation

This App is a required companion tools for all integral-Meditation (iM) practitioners in their daily meditation practices. Integral-Meditation aims to help practitioners develop their True Nature; this path of self-discovery starts with the “Beginner Module” which helps practitioners realize and recognize their inherent inner peace. Practitioners can then gradually move to different levels of advanced meditation modules.
This App and this meditation practice is suitable for all levels of meditation practitioners. There are different sitting durations within each different module. In addition, this App also helps Meditation Practitioners:

2. Learn about the underlying philosophies
3. Network with other practitioners worldwide
