With custom exercises, shareable routines, workouts, supersets, drop sets, personal profile, Apple Watch support, and a built-in timer, web browser and game (so you don't get bored in rest periods!) iTRAIN is a comprehensive exercise companion app for fitness enthusiasts and personal trainers. iTRAIN is the only fitness app on the App Store with NO in-app purchases, NO ads, and NO subscriptions. Pay once, and get all of these powerful features with no hidden costs:

Add custom exercises to iTRAIN using any measurement type you can think of, any number of sets, supersets and drop sets.

Add exercises to routines which can then be used in workouts and shared by email with other iTRAIN users. Exercises can be combined into supersets, trisets or chains of even longer exercises!

Personal trainers can create exercise programmes and email them directly to clients, all from within iTRAIN. When receiving a routine, just tap the routine's icon in the email you receive and it will be imported directly into your copy of iTRAIN to be used in your workouts.

Workout your routines to log your weights, times and distances. Each and every set can have a note added to it so you can record every detail of your workout.

Clone your workouts so you can repeat the same routine and see what you achieved the last time you did that workout - and beat it!

Clone routines and workouts to your Apple Watch and then enter your exercise measurements on the watch without needing to have your iPhone with you! When you're done you can push your workout data back to your iPhone. If you have enabled iCloud sync, your Apple Watch workouts will be automatically synchronised to your other devices after transferring them from your Apple Watch to your iPhone.

Create graphs to track your progress in individual or grouped exercises and workouts.

The built-in timer is visible from anywhere in the app while the timer is running. You will see a notification when the timer has finished, even if you close iTRAIN or lock your device.

Need to look up the technique for an exercise? Want to tweet your latest personal best? Or just want to pass the time while resting between sets? The built-in web browser in iTRAIN will let you do all that without leaving the app.

Everything you do in iTRAIN can be synced to your other devices through iCloud. As long as your devices are logged into the same iCloud account and both have iTRAIN installed, every exercise, routine and workout will show up as if by magic.

Don't just exercise your body, exercise your brain! iTRAIN has the 2048 sliding numbers game built in, so you won't get bored between sets. Your timer will still be visible while in the game and you'll be alerted when it's time to stop playing and get back to work!
