About EmMa The Emotional Manager

EmMa provides practical, easy to use researched-based techniques from the field of psychology, that you can use to manage anxiety, feel better and improve your life.

TECHNIQUES:
The key to anxiety relief is learning how to manage and relate to your anxious thoughts and feelings in new ways. EmMa’s techniques have been grouped into 4 sections.

BASICS - These techniques will help you understand, recognize and evaluate your anxious thinking.

MANAGE WORRIES - These techniques will show you how to break the mental habit of unproductive worrying.

CHANGE ANXIOUS THOUGHTS - Use these techniques to learn how to manage the thoughts that lead to anxious thinking and stop focusing on “What if?” scenarios.

CALM THE BODY - Soothe the body and calm the mind with daily practice of these mindful techniques.

OTHER FEATURES:

PANIC ATTACK AUDIO GUIDE:
EmMa will help you through a Panic Attack. Learn the steps to stop panic in its tracks. If you do have a panic attack, EmMa’s audio guide will support you through it.

COPING CARDS:
Add your favorite techniques to your personalized Coping Card. This is a short-cut to the techniques that work best for you. Or, use one of EmMa’s preset Coping Cards to quickly find a list of techniques to manage anxious feelings and racing thoughts.

MOOD TRACKER:
Check in on your progress using the Anxiety Assessment. Track your mood over time, and watch your anxiety decrease as you use EmMa’s techniques daily.

SOCIAL SUPPORT:
Sometimes, we just need extra support. EmMa will send a simple text to the person you select, when you choose “Send Alert” at the bottom of your Coping Card.
