Nope, we aren't trying to be rude and we aren't talking about Pinterest either! However, if you're a busy bee and participate in multiple conversations, this feature is for you!
You can now select conversations and pin them to the top of your list. This way, you can always get back to conversations and not leave people at the blue tick, especially now that you're WFH. (Stop seen-zoning me, Karthik!)
Pinned conversations only stay on your mobile though. (Web coming soon!)

We have added an unread messages ribbon that will appear in your active chat when you have, well...unread messages. No pressure tho, just trying to keep you all caught up on your conversations!

You can also give your tender thumbs some rest with our new ‘scroll to bottom’ feature that automatically takes you to the latest message in your active chat. So, how about a thumbs up now?

It’s been a while since we used pigeons (owls if you’re a Potter fan!) to courier messages to each other and we sure hope today’s tech is more reliable. With this update, if you send a message on Freshconnect, rest assured that it will be delivered (or not). If the message hasn’t been delivered though, you will know instantly and will have the option to resend that message or to remove it entirely.
What’s left unsaid…
We’ve also used more of that bug spray and the app should work better now.

Ever found yourself being invited to a Freshconnect contextual discussion ‘for just a quick help’ and before you realized, you had already been sucked in too deep, like an undercover agent who knows too much, wants to get out of the mafia gang, but has no way out? Well, we can’t help that poor agent, but we have your ‘extraction’ ready.
Now, you can leave the contextual discussions that you’ve been added to, at any time. Also, if you’d want to stick around but be less annoyed by incessant notifications, you can instead choose to mute the group (and unmute it back anytime). Did we hear a sigh of relief?

- New: You can now mute groups that you don’t need to be on top of all the time. In fact, if you think the time has come for you to part ways with a particular group, you can even leave it! So, say goodbye to the cat memes group; however, unfortunately, inline events mean that the group’s members will know.
- Fixed a horde of bugs including our app’s tendency to crash while creating a new group. It’s now fully in support of new groups and more conversations!

- Fixed: An iOS 13 timestamp issue meant that figuring out which message came first, required psychic skills. We’ve since fixed this issue so you can now easily figure out who called dibs first.
- They say that elephants have a long memory and can remember everything. But you’re not an elephant (if you are, send us a selfie!), so we understand. We added a “what’s my domain” option to the login screen to help you figure out your domain and log in.
- There were some bugs but now, they dead.

Some of those things are a little harder to find than others but what we can do is help you find the people and group conversations you’re looking for. No more scrolling looking for the right conversation! You can just press the search bar to easily find the people you want to talk to and groups that you're a part of. This version includes several bug fixes.

- Add members to groups: Add people to groups frequently, you will. More frequently than you’d edit the group name anyway so we moved the latter to the overflow icon and put ‘add group member’ in the name bar.
- Find out easily who's in a group: Use the 'View group info' in the overflow icon. If you want to talk to any of them right away, just click on their name to start a 1:1 chat!
- Ticket snippets! In the message pane! To expand on a snippet, click on the highlighted (highlit?) message.
